Good enough for a pitstop on a long drive through France. I wouldn't necessarily stay there for longer than one night. Although, to be fair, it is only a 2star hotel, so in that sense, it has met expectations. Easy for an overnight stay with the kids.
Not that it's the hotel's fault, but its location meant there wasn't much in terms of family friendly food places within walking distance. The grill restaurant next door looked derelict and closed. We ended up driving somewhere further for children friendly places to eat.

Great location and lots of parking space which is great for visiting Paris when travelling with car. Very helpful staff, allowed us to check in very early. Overall, for a property that close to Paris, it is good value for the money paid.
My only criticism is the outside cleaning on the floors, although was good inside the room.

The location of the property was amazing, just under 30 minutes to central Paris in the car. There was a great restaurant next to the hotel, so it saved us time to look for food.

The Hotel is totally oke, regarding the fantastic relation what you get for your price.
People were very friendly and helpful.
I would anytime again stay at BB Louvencienne.

The room was clean and warm
The wifi was very unstable and the shower was leaking had no curtains

the shower cubicle was too small and floods the floor as glass shield too short
the room was too small for 4 people
the double bed had a loose wood that moved on every move and was noisy
there was a leak, from the bathroom ceiling, extractor fan, that started the night before our departure day

the only good thing about this hotel room is the comfortable mattress.

no chairs. there was only one wooden chair in the room and that is not enough for 2 people.

Comfy beds, decent size room. Good shower pressure.
Run down place, full of mosquitos and spiderwebs in the outside. bed bugs, my wife is covered on bites.. Bathroom tiny and run down.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room and bath was very clean. The room was really silent and never heard any noises. It is really close to Versailles Palace so if you plan a visit there, it is the best location to stay.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim. If you want to stay in the room during the day, it will seem really gloomy. If you are going with a car, please note that at night several Transporters occupied all the parking spaces. So either request the reception to somehow save a spot for you or be prepared to park out on the street.

There was no one to help us with check in when we arrived. However we were able to figure out how to check in and open the door. But i don't think this automatic procedure will be easy for everyone.

Easy to check in. The room operated with a pin code, which was handy. There were lots of towels, and the beds were clean and comfy. The kids loved the bunk beds, and they both had lights. There was no real road noise in the room. There were several restaurants within walking distance. You can take dogs, and the can be let straight into the room without going through reception.
Not a lot - the curtain was a bit thin.

The room was quite dark but that is due to the design and location of the building.
