Perfect location for our needs, clean tidy well equipped. The receptionist/host was friendly professional and very helpful

The location was closed to the A29 which we were travelling on.
Self check in. It took us over 15 minutes to self check in. Also had to wait for somebody else to check in before us who was also having problems. Wasn't very clear on the procedure especially as we couldn't read French. Should never be substituted for a member of staff.
Also, our room only had two very small pillows which felt very lumpy, like they just contained squares of foam. Husband waited till a member of staff was on duty to request two more (still lumpy). Vending machine only took cash. We only had enough cash for one cup of coffee.
