Location location. Within Plaza de Armas.
The bathroom needs cleaning. Shower curtain with molds. The fan is super dusty. A little more dusting will help.

No breakfast. Location great
AC did not work. Not enough towels and the bed linens and pillow cases smelled

unclean, dated. no lights in bedroom. no air conditioning
cupboard doors fell off when tried to open them.
the apartment needed an update. the photos were genuine but very old. fridge didn’t work. the place was a health and safety disaster. there was no concierge or facilities as advertised. there was no lighting in lobby at all. the host did not make any contact at all.

The apartment was very comfortable and roomy.
has a washing machine and dryer.
the toilet does not refill so have to manually adjust each time after use.
the stone top in the kitchen is broken hence cupboards/drawers cannot be opened otherwise the stone moves.

very convenient location for the historic centre. decent size apartment with everything we needed.
Very glad that someone stayed at the apartment to let us in since we arrived late due to a confusion with collection arrangements from airport.
there was some confusion about no of people staying so only 1 bed made up properly when we arrived.
also confusion about picking us up from the airport but we sorted it out eventually. You do need to be aware that taxis can only get to neighbouring street which is a bit off putting if you arrive late at night and have to find your way in.

Right in the middle of Lima, across from Cathedral.
Big apartment with two bedrooms and living.
It is at the 6-th floor and elevator not working (they said it was temporarily out of order).Not a problem if you are in good health condition …

location, space, and we were met by manager who helped us get in at midnight.
only 2 towels for 3 persons, no paper products except TP. no dish towels or paper towels?

awesome location, good view. they responded well when we told them about the dirty rug. I also like there cappuccino maker, that was fine
The rug and the shower curtain were dirty, but The rest was clean
