A charming place served by a lush garden and a lovely personnel. We enjoyed the calm and quietness between two hard legs of our journey.

The bathroom may lack ventilation.

Food was outstanding and staff were great. Property felt a little cramped though and fans in the rooms would make a huge difference.

They went out of their way to help us. Staff are very friendly.

Sliding door to the bathroom. No shower curtain (seems to be so in South-east Africa). High trees almost totally preventet sun in the garden. Very cold pool.

Perfect stay for our clients. We made an urgent reservation after a last minute request from our clients. After their stay, the clients gave us only positive feedback and nothing really negative to mention. Our team at Sekanka Safaris is thankful. The communication was awesomely easy. The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to be helpful. I forgot my scarf at the boma restaurant and they immediately called and asked them to keep it for me. The place is so calm and beautiful IT HAS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE. We had breakfast and lunch here and both were great

Our room was a little far from the main hub so we had spotty wifi. However, once you went to the main area it was fine. We also sent laundry and i asked multiple times when it would be delivered before i sent it as we had an early morning flight, i was assured it would be returned to us before the end of the shift but When we came back from our sunset cruise it wasn't in the room. we went to ask the front desk and they said they would bring it within 10 min. True to their word it arrived within 5min.

Room, great bed, bath, shower, instant HOT water in bathroom. Very clean. Lovely maintained gardens and swimming pool. Friendly staff. Room prep for the evening by staff. Just wonderful.

The food was excellent. The setting was lovely and would be very cool in summer.

The room had all that was required, however was very simple in design, a little too simple for our taste. The shower had the potential to cause slipping on the floor.

The setting and the buildings are very pretty. The room was comfortable and the voluminous mosquito net around the bed had a clever velcro arrangement which made it easier to navigate than some we have encountered!

Staff at breakfast appeared disinterested and/or in need of more training. To get a “proper” coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant involved an additional charge, but guests weren’t allowed to operate it and no staff seemed willing.

The rooms were comfortable, the garden was a nice place to sit and rest, and the food prepared by the chefs was very good.

Our experience was spoilt by a theft. We arranged to do an activity through a company that this hotel works to promote. We had a lot of money stolen during our activity. Despite this unfortunate experience, the manager showed absolutely no empathy, in fact she bordered on condescending and rude. She forced us to pay for the activity despite us being robbed on the experience. Absolutely no compassion and her assistance amounted to an e-mail to the company. I strongly advise any other travelers to not book through either this hotel or the company. Also, the shower was blocked and it flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom after around 3 minutes of flow.

The bathrooms are a little basic but are clean.

The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. Location was good - just a short $5 taxi ride to the falls. Food was good and the gardens and pool were lovely. We swam every day!

We loved everything .people working there are so welcoming,helpful and friendly.the rooms are nice and clean,beds are so good to sleep in.the breakfast and dinner are so delicious.it was a paradise for us .it’s a pity we could stay only for a day
