Warm welcome, wonderful place, beautiful rooms, great food at the restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and they offer a free pick-up from the airport. I'm definitely going back if in the area.

Perfect stay in a wonderful place with heartwarming people! Beautiful and very relaxing pool area. The staff is absolutely attentive, heartwarming friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, good food from the restaurant & cocktails (one hour per day free cocktails for everyone), great sunrise trip to Angkor with tour guide organized from the hotel, relaxing massage (50% off price for guests), free airport shuttle etc. This was the best hotel experience we had on our tour and we can highly recommend the hotel. ❤️

Stylishly decorated hotel, big rooms, friendly staff, a little outside town, but within easy reach by tuktuk. As a bonus, the hotel offers free tuktuk ride to town between 5 and 8pm and 1 free cocktail between 6 and 7pm

Extensive and excellent breakfast buffet but bread should be better. Too little space where free cocktail is served and too loud music on top, in an otherwise very quiet hotel

Everything was perfect but the quality of the food is regular. I recommend eating in a good restaurant in the center of Siam Reap ( 5 minutes in tuk tuk).

The architecture was incredible! Everything was very well kept despite the staff crisis in Asia. ( Shortage of personal around all of Asia) The rooms are very spacious and well appointed! The bath tube is huge! easily fits two! The first floor is definitely the place to stay! There is a free cocktail happy hour from 18:00! The breakfast is a feast and changes every day. You should really try the Khmer breakfast with spring rolls. If something is not available they will cook it for you. But most of all THE STAFF! Everybody working there couldn't do anything more to make our stay pleasant. They were genuinely caring and helpful! Thank you so much!

The spa masajes. The spa is beautiful but the level of the masajes does not match what is on offer in the city. Screaming kids around the pool but what can you do about this! I guess adult only hotel would be more in keeping with the style of the hotel.

Its a beautiful property with very welcoming and kind staff. Beautiful pool area and I really had a great massage at the spa. The rooms are super stylish, minimalistic and simply beautiful.

The western food from the menu is not fantastic. They definitely cook local food better. There was a big show of wine on a table, but they couldn't provide a wine menu. I ordered the only available glass of wine and it was bad (probably the wine was open for a while), but after my request, they changed it and got me a new glass.

What an excellent place. My friend and me have spent there a few days for celebrating NY, and it was awesome. The stuff is extremely helpful and attentive. They took care of us and tried to make our stay even more excited. Thank you so much the stuff for their support and kindness🙏 The hotel provides free rides downtown from 17 till 20, and also free airport shuttle. Spa treatments were with 50% discount, and it was excellent. The room service was amazing, the restaurant with local dishes are very delicious. And every evening from 6-7 we had free drinks near the pool☺️ Rooms are beautiful, clean, large and very comfortable, you can find everything what you need. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is cute and relaxing, there is so quite place. If you want to receive amazing experience during your trip in Siem Reap, we would recommend this hotel!

Very nice rooms. Much larger than others. There was happy hours ( 6-7pm ) every day. Had amazing time around pool. Little away from pub street but they provide free tuk tuk. We had a bike so it was not a problem. Nice breakfast. Would surely recommend to anyone going to siem reap.

helpful and attentive staff, free airport transfer both ways, and free cocktails in the evenings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. staff assisted with all of my requests.
