Staff sempre disponibile. Posizione hotel tra le migliori con vista mare a 20 MT dalla camera 1 piano. Spiaggia x turisti sempre ordinata e pulita a sx dell albergo. Con sdraio gratuite(poche ma ci sono ). Il mare impareggiabile. Ombra in spiaggia .Atmosfera local.

Spiaggia (da cartolina) frequentabile da turisti (x via dell abbigliamento anche durante il bagno) a 500 MT a sx e oltre . Lavori in corso ,cantieri ovunque ,polvere e disordine . Dovete passarci letteralmente sopra . L' isola che appare in profonda trasformazione. L' hotel dovrà essere ristrutturato in quanto attrezzature e arredi sono abbastanza logori x via della salsedine

The staff was exceptional—always extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the chef; every morning they prepared a rich, varied, and delicious breakfast. The property is also kept very clean and sits right in front of the beach.

The hotel itself is basic and feeling a bit outdated. While it is directly on a beach, it isn't the best stretch on the island compared to the stunning sandbank located at the southern tip of Dhigurah.

Well situated right on the beach. 100 metre walk to bikini beach. The cook went out of his way to cook me some dahl

Location

Our stay at Athiri Beach Maldives was good in terms of location and cleanliness. The property is well located and meets basic expectations in those aspects. However, we had an uncomfortable experience regarding the payment process. The hotel does not charge through Booking, but instead collects payment directly on-site. In our case, the reservation showed a total of $493 for 4 nights, but upon arrival we were asked to pay $751, including additional charges labeled as taxes that were not clearly specified or broken down in advance. Additionally, the cost of the speedboat transfer was included in that same invoice, bringing the total to $818.75. Later, the return transfer to Malé was charged separately in a second invoice, again with additional fees. After speaking with other guests staying in different guesthouses, we found that some of them had their payments processed directly through Booking, without such significant differences in the final price. We understand that taxes and extra costs may apply, but we believe this information should be clearly stated at the time of booking. This allows guests to make an informed decision and avoids unexpected charges upon arrival. In our case, this lack of clarity regarding the final price affected our overall perception of the stay.
