It’s located quite near the sea (5min by walking) and in a close proximity to the center of Novalija (10-15min on foot. We had a good stay there.

The balcony/terrace was super small considering 6ppl in the apartment. One bedroom really small what wasn’t shown on the pictures. The washing machine wasn’t there as well (it was on the photos).

Very LOW rating, we agreed with the house owner to stay for an extra night and he gave us availability, everything good so far, but upon our arrival after a 10 hour journey we arrived in front of the apartment and he communicates that there is no longer availability and sends us to a Hotel creating a lot of discomfort. In addition, on the last day during our check out the owner never gave us back the deposit money only because of some dirty towels that were left, when in the contract it specifically said that the deposit money would have been kept only in case of damage to the house, we tried going to the police that was in front of the house but the owner didn’t move so in the end we had to leave otherwise we would have missed our flight. Overall I really do NOT recommend this apartment because of the rudeness that it comes with.

Good location and easy check in

It is only equipped with one AC in the living room. No basic necessities such as spices, enough toilet paper, garbage bags are provided. Also, no wine glasses. The shower head must be held manually as the fixing is broken. Do not forget to bring the 100 Euro disposal. The apartment is fine, but just badly equipped, you can’t cook without buying basic necessities on your own.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with everything you need. Super location. I warmly recommend this accommodation.
