Cozy place to stay and very close to the beach.

We were surprised that there were no fans in the bedrooms, and we managed to get two more fans, but it was extremely hot that weekend. The supplies were minimal. No dishwasher soap only one toilet paper extra for six people. I think the agency could be a little bit more generous with supplies.

House was very comfortable. We checked in Aug 6th. the weather was warm. Screens on the front door and sliding doors in dinning room and master bedroom would be nice to allow more fresh air into the house. Also the fan over the dinning table did not work. The dryer was not warming up and with two kids age 4 and 6 we needed to do laundry. The ladies at Sea Lyon could not have been nicer about not being able to get a repair person until after our visit. They said we would be compensated. There is a laundry mat close by which we utilized. The local grocery store was close by. We attended the Community church which was a great experience. The minister and other attendees were very welcoming. I loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Cayucos is a great little beach town.Checking in and out was very easy. Great stay,

Central location very close to the beach. House is a bit dated but clean, well stocked and comfortable. We took our dog and the yard was great for him to wonder.

This property in Cayucos was a huge gift! First, it’s location is ideal. Public access to the beach is a block away and downtown is close enough without being too close. Second, the interior was even better than pictured. Super clean, incredibly practical. We had 6 adults stay here comfortably. In 5e evening, we were had the space for other family members to join us for celebratory family dinners. We had not been together like this for 2 years. We will have nothing but treasured memories as a result of this delightful property.

Our stay was great. Location was wonderful for beach and town access. Pet friendly property with fenced yard was the best! Highly recommend for those with furry traveling partners.

I think the cleaning fee was high, everywhere I’ve stayed in Morro Bay And Pismo was half the price otherwise great place great area everything within walking distance

Relaxing Thanksgiving Break
This is the third time we have stayed in this property- property manager very responsive and love this house and location.
Perfect for a family getaway with a furry friend.

Cons:twin beds are terrible and for a low cost could be upgraded, other beds are just ok. Give Am/pm on gardener would be helpful,

We had a great time. The beach was close to walk to and we were able to take our aging dog.
Backyard was not at all suitable to use other than a place for the dog. The front yard had a lovely raised deck where we could see the ocean- needed more comfortable seating there and umbrella for shade.

My family gathered (husband and two adult children) for a long weekend together. This house was great! Adequate kitchenware, comfortable living area, large dining table for puzzles and games. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the home to one side of us (except on the weekend) and the home to the other had paint prepping and painting going on for two days, which made the deck less usable than it might have been, (not this owners fault, just bad timing) but we did have some quiet evenings to gather on the front deck.
The walk to the beach was very short and the walk to the Shanty and beyond was easy as well.
