Great location and very roomy apartment, we booked for the lift and 3 bedrooms.
Unfortunately, because it is an older building we couldn't park in the basement with a 4WD and had to park on the street which made it difficult for loading and unloading.

The views from the balcony and all of the bedrooms was awesome! Yacht Club and water front, trees, and city lights. The size of the living area was comfortable with a large sofa and large modern tv. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, crockery and essentials (Vegemite, honey and coffee pods) location and easy access to transport - SeaWorld, pacific Airshow, beaches, cafes, shopping. Security in building.
The decor was a little dated but it was great value for money with 3 bedrooms.

Fantastic views covering the Marina, ocean and hinterland. Apartment is huge with 3 good sized bedrooms, seperate laundry and really large kitchen with everything you need. Good sized balcony for a morning coffee, and super close to the beach and Tedder Ave restaurants etc.
A little dated in places, but still represents great value for a large family to stay in.

Location, very relaxing
The lounge is falling apart, the recliners are broken and we had to manually put them away, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable, the beds squeak everytime you rolled over! The pillows were like rocks…
