The room was good. Thew faciites were adequate. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was attentive and responsive. The travel desk personnel was well informed and took us to the locations as requested.

The changing room of the pool was very dirty. The pool had chorine smell which only comes in case people pee or sweat in the pool. I had asked the turn down of my room to be done but people at the front desk forgot to tell the concerned department. The WiFi did not work at all during my entire stay.

Hospitality of the staff was teribble.

the rooms were nice and clean, views were great. it had the Royal feel.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

I paid extra for a triple occupancy room and we had to ask for the extra bed, towels and other amenities to accommodate us. The breakfast buffet was completely unexpected. We were not apart of any wedding group but we were forced to dine with the wedding party. Getting the staff to provide tea or coffee was difficult as well. The breakfast buffet was catering towards the vegetarian wedding party so there weren't any egg stations, sausages or anything as such that would seem like we were dining at a 5 star property. The food was average and it wasn't worth the value we paid for the room.

such a bad experience staying in a so called 5 star hotel. rude staff behaviour: they have hired a goon as a manager Sukanta Sahu in restaurant rude unprofessional he made my stay worst in this hotel. despite of many request at front desk they don’t made me talk to the higher authority to raise a complaint against Sukanta sahu. sahu tried to abuse me he tried to beat me. what else can you expect from a so called 5 star hotel staff
