Preparati a rimanere colpito da questa casa di Chamberlands ristrutturata di recente. È la perfetta casa di montagna moderna con tutto ciò che desideri per rendere perfetta la tua vacanza a Tahoe! I nuovi proprietari di questa casa hanno appena completato una ristrutturazione completa da cima a fondo di questa spaziosa casa di Chamberlands, che comprende tutti gli arredi, la nuova cucina, i bagni, i pavimenti in legno, i tappeti, l'illuminazione, la vernice dentro e fuori, così come un nuovo mazzo e passerella.
Il livello principale della casa presenta un'invitante grande sala open space che è lo spazio di raccolta ideale per il tuo gruppo. La grande sala dispone di pavimenti in legno massello, una comoda sezione per godersi il camino a gas e guardare la partita sul grande nuovo televisore a schermo piatto. Il tavolo da pranzo Pottery Barn, a misura di famiglia, è coronato da un delizioso Restauro Hardware Chandler e può ospitare fino a 8 posti con 4 posti nel bar per la colazione. La nuovissima cucina ha controsoffitti in quarzo, tutti nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox con una stufa a gas. L'isola centrale della cucina offre una grande area per servire e preparare una festa per tutta la banda! La tavolozza dei colori rilassanti della casa è calda grigi e taupes che riecheggiano i colori della foresta appena fuori dalla porta. C'è un nuovo ponte di trekking appena fuori dalla grande sala per godersi le serate di Tahoe. I mobili del patio saranno aggiunti in primavera, ma nessun barbecue a causa di pericolo di incendio.
Ci sono due camere da letto su questo livello principale, una con un letto matrimoniale e la seconda con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completamente ristrutturato.
Al piano superiore c'è un grande soppalco che sarà una delizia per i bambini con tavolo da air hockey, TV e divano. Inoltre, al piano superiore c'è una grande stanza a castello con tre letti a castello, due letti a castello sono gemelli e uno ha un letto matrimoniale sopra e un doppio sotto. Questa camera può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
Questa casa è dotata di una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, wifi, TV via cavo. Godrai pienamente dell'accesso completo alla piscina privata di Chamberlands, alla spiaggia e ai campi da tennis. Servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia / piscina o è a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Questa casa affitta da Sun a Sun solo in estate.

We are semi-regular summer visitors to the Homewood area and love the vibe on this side of the lake. Highly recommend the Chamberlands neighborhood as a perfect ground zero for a Tahoe vacation, especially for those with teens/children. It’s great to be able to load up your gear for the day, travel five minutes, and enjoy the private beach, pool, lifeguard service, swim platform, lake views, dock, Chambers Landing bar, food service/dining, and round trip shuttle service from the street in front of this house. Nearby SUP and kayak rentals. Also, beautiful nearby bike paths, other fine beaches, and close to Truckee river rafting. This vacation home is modestly upgraded. We appreciated the large deck with neighborhood views, comfortable living room and dining areas, and decently stocked kitchen including lots of spices and a variety of cookware. Major downside: the open floor plan that is so common in these homes with a loft upstairs. The upstairs kid area had no cross ventilation and amplified the noise from the TV, air hockey table, and discussions that drowned out conversations on the main floor. Further, this house is surrounded by electric shock wire and a door mat to dissuade bear break-ins. It was advised to shut all windows and doors at night and arm the electric fence. This was impossible due to the excessive heat during our first few days and the lack of air conditioning. We had three fans running upstairs yet our teens could not sleep well. Overall, a decent house in a good neighborhood nearby to great Tahoe attractions.

We loved the house and the location. Close to the beach and Tahoe City. Very comfortable and everything we needed provided. We will be back!

Great stay!
Chamberlands was absolutely perfect for a relaxing weekend with my family. The rental and all it’s amenities were as advertised. The only inconvenience was the process to pickup and drop off keys, but that did not diminish our stay. Highly recommended!

The only complaint I have is the pick up and drop off of the key 15-20min away, would be nice not to stress about that and to have a lock box onsite. Otherwise is was great!

This cabin was amazing!!!
Such a beautiful, clean and spacious cabin! Great location too! Hike to Quail Lake, short stroll to Chambers Beach. Beautiful wide streets perfect for kids to ride bikes or for a walk around the neighborhood. Great space for kids to hang out upstairs while parents enjoy the beautiful deck downstairs. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Super comfy cabin - great for families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Homewood. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children. This cabin was perfect for us as the upstairs had a game room/loft and a bedroom filled with bunkbeds which the kids loved! Downstairs we could relax in front of the fire and drink our coffee from the lovely deck outside. The house has everything you might need for a relaxing vacation and has new appliances/furniture.

Very nicely updated A frame home. Garage under deck with inside stair access is welcome on a stormy day. Beautiful modern kitchen was great for preparing large meals, and a long family style dining table let everyone join in. Plenty of play space upstairs for the kids next to the bunk bed room. Living level bedrooms were comfortable and private. Cozy fireplace in the vaulted ceiling main room, along with the large flat screen TV there made settling in easy. Easy neighborhood walk down to Lake Tahoe. This is a great place!
