Very good hotel, very clean, quiet, located on nice street, few minutes to the Unawantuna beech. We received a tea every morning and evening. Personel very helpfool. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The water installation in the washroom is not the strong point in this hotel.

very beautiful view on palm trees from the balcony, very nice & helpful hosts, quiet area, but very close to the main road/beach/bus etc., room is small, but with a big bathroom, AC, fan and a seating area on the balcony.

The accommodation was very central in Unawatuna - for those that want to be close to the shops/restaurants and beach. A/C and ceiling fan worked fine.

The room wasn’t very clean, there were holes in the wall and a bit of what looked like damp on top of wall. The mosquito nets around bed could do with replacing as had holes in. The photos on the website are misleading - it doesn’t look as clean/tidy in reality. 2 sockets in the room in same place but 1 not working. Balcony was a communal/shared balcony. We checked out 1 night early as not comfortable stay - we don’t expect a lot as we backpack for 4 months and will always be considering the budget. in our opinion, this room (superior king) was not good value for money.

Very good location, right on the kind of walking road to the beach with cafe & restaurants. Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms

This was one of my favourite places to stay in Sri lanka. It was quiet but a good location and I enjoyed the view of the palm trees from the balcony . The owners were kind and helpful .

Very nice place. It was super clean and looked nice. It had double AC and a shower with a good flow. Also nice balcony to sit in the evenings and eat or whatever. Totally would reccomend.
