Questa casa è nel cuore di Ft. Lauderdale, in uno dei quartieri più ricercati - Rio Vista. Accanto al famoso Las Olas Blvd con ottimi ristoranti, vita notturna e shopping. E solo 10 minuti veloci. cavalcare in spiaggia. La casa è stata progettata appositamente per la fuga perfetta. Open space. Ampie camere da letto. Lenzuola e materassi premium, piscina privata riscaldata, spazio esterno divertente e, ancora meglio, è tutto nuovo! Completamente rinnovato secondo lo standard che speriamo di trovare quando viaggiamo da soli. Il nostro obiettivo è la tua soddisfazione!
Il layout è perfetto per le feste con più di una famiglia o molte persone. La casa è adeguatamente attrezzata per gruppi numerosi con sala da pranzo a un tavolo per un massimo di 14 ospiti. Riconosciamo anche la necessità di pace e relax, quindi abbiamo installato porte solide per una maggiore privacy. Tutte le 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi sono al piano di sotto. L'ampio soppalco aperto comprende un mezzo bagno di altezza standard e 2 letti singoli con un'altezza del soffitto di 5'10 "abbreviata.

This place is fabulous! Well stocked kitchen - lots of glassware, plates, silverware and cookware. The bed linens were top notch and the towels were plentiful. 11 of us women got together for a college reunion and were loved the large dining table even tho the chairs were a bit hard to sit on for long! The location was great with many areas within walking distance.

The house from the outside looked small - but there were many rooms with large beds and a large open dining/living area - 7 of us had plenty of room for a 3 day weekend. Owner was quick to respond. One minor issue that was fixed quickly -

We stayed at the house for my bachelorette party and the house was very clean and the hosts were amazing and very accommodating! The only inconvenience was that if you travel in March the pool is hard to use due to the pollen and leaves that shed from the trees in the yard. Besides that unfortunate but unavoidable circumstance we have no complaints about the home!

This house has pluses and minuses. It is in a great neighborhood and it’s near the beach, wonderful restaurants, shops etc. Also just 10 min to FLL airport. We didn’t even need a car. Uber was perfect. The owners were great at communicating and very responsive to us. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, mugs. Great for large groups. The house itself has an unusual layout so it would work better for some groups than for others. There are 4 bedrooms on main floor. Three rooms have large beds and one room has bunk beds. Note: Two of these bedrooms are connected by a shared bath and the back bedroom is reached only by going outside or by walking thru the front bedroom. The upstairs is a converted attic space with a VERY low ceiling, and a 1/2 bath…definitely best for kids or teens. That said, there’s no TV up there so our kids all used the only common area on the first floor for cartoons, etc. not ideal. The outdoor area is small and has no space for outdoor dining/picnic table. And the pool is quite small and narrow. Actually great for kids who are new swimmers. So- pluses and minuses.
