Well maintained and clean. Lots of amenities available like a pool, jacuzzi, sweat lodge, spa service. The staff were patient (language barrier), helpful and the food was excellent, when available.
We had delays with check-in because the grounds appeared deserted and the signage was not clearly visible. my elderly mother had difficulty walking to her suite and the grounds because there are no handrails or accommodations for those with limited mobility.

La atención, las instalaciones, la calidad de los alimentos, la cena romántica, la paz y tranquilidad del lugar.
Falta iluminación en dónde se encuentra el frigobar.

Location
The room's door has some small holes which compromises the room's temperature

Beautiful retreat location where one can disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The scenery is magnificent.
WiFi is terrible, no phone in our suite. We arrived hungry, we thought we could eat in their restaurant but the restaurant was closed and there is no where to order food or take a quick drive so we went to bed hungry. No iron or Kleenex
