Beds a little too firm for me personally

The location was perfect for bus, metro and a shortish walk for the train. Local area was great, opposite park. Comfortable beds, nice shower room and access to roof terrace. The customer service was outstanding, as we needed to drop our bags off early morning on our first day and return a camper van to the airport. We were also allowed to leave our bags on the last day as we didn't fly until 10pm. We enjoyed four nights, with good food and drinks. The staff were all polite and friendly, happy to help us with any issues we had eg. where to take excess food donations after travelling 8 weeks, arranging an Uber and always checking if we'd had a good day. Would definitely recommend North Sydney Hotel.

Not being able to turn the aircon down below 21c or open the window. A cooler night temperature would have suited us better.

A perfect example of everything you need without the fuss. Good value for money.

Nothing

Pub/hotel was good. The update room was spacious and nicely decorated

. But..the shower hasn't been cleaned well for a long time..the build up of black muck on top each tile was very obvious. Rest of room clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows to flat. Main issue was terrible traffic noise ..even with earplugs was loud. And due to big old doors when ever a door to another room closed it woke us..good breakfast.
