The privat garden and the house inside was beautiful, nice plants around the pool, very good style of furnitures in the house.

Our villa (1.) was next to the staff's room, from where they can look into our private garden, it was very embarrassing for us, and we were not able to enjoy privacy in our "private" garden... The breakfast was medium level, and not too much, there was no buffet table, just a portion of food for you, and no more. When we arrive I went to the reception to check in, my wife was resting in the common garden with our packages, and the staff thought, that she did not come to the reception, because she hides a dog... It was very annoying that they suspects us with this issue...

It was an entire apartment so plenty of space

There was a lot of grime in the bathroom. Overall the place was not very clean. The pool was grimey too and the water actually felt slimey. We were forced to pay a $2000B deposit on arrival. This is the only time we have had to do this on our two week stay at multiple different accomodations. The hotel arranged a motorbike for us but the lady wanted to use our passports as ransom so we told her we refuse. I believe anyone that asks to hold your passport is dishonest. The breakfast was served to us by 1 lady that was obviously working alone. She was working hard but it would have been nice if we could choose what we wanted for breakfast rather than just being served some random stuff. The staff weren’t very welcoming and didn’t seem too bothered of our presence. There was also construction works next to the accomodation which we were not aware of.

Good price for a beautiful villa, relaxing and quite, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The villa has a natural theme so you may find many incests outside the villa.

on the whole was ok ...no gardener spray lava so eaten alive bugs around pool ... under beds dirty aircon needs revamp and clean . shame lovely looking place . staff friendly . luckly only few night stay me . no way could have done a week . booked villa 1 level pay extra due disabled but no mention all steep steps get to room . pool light didn't work overhall disappointed 😞

Swimming pool was dirty

the staff here is so friendly, they’re so lovely that they go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The location is good for a secluded getaway, well built villa with spacious room. The manager here is the best! we’re sad to leave after only 4 nights. the chef here cooks very good food. very good amenities.

1. Pool was too cold and always dirty. 2. Villa build quality was not great. 3. No hot water in shower, and very poor water pressure. (Villa 10). 4. Very minimal cutlery, plates, bowls etc. 5. Very loud pool pump and loud air conditioners.

Little communication problem

Unfortunately, this accommodation barely resembles the pictures. The hygiene standards and general upkeep really lets down a potentially stunning venue.. Just something to bare in mind. The accommodation surroundings are beautiful, however it is at least a 15 minute taxi to anywhere. Definitely not within walking distance of anything. Our room was filthy upon check in, so we requested it be cleaned when we left for dinner. The staff were very friendly and assured it be done. The only issues on the list that were addressed were that the shower was rinsed of millipedes and the saga cushion was flipped around to hide crusty stains - no attempt to clean. Everything else was left. See below a list of issues: Cigarette ash pile by the pool Bed broke as soon as we got in it - wooden support rods had rotted so much and many were already missing. Pool disgusting; debris, dirt, rubbish floating Dirty bed sheets with several stains General stale smell + cigarette smoke Dead millipedes (at least 4) in the shower Hair and debris in bath Surfaces clearly not wiped with layer of dust Bathroom surfaces dusty and sticky Crusty stains on sofa Mirrors filthy with fingerprints and watermarks Obvious yellow splash stains on toilet seat Cobwebs everywhere Grit and dirt all over floor - clear mark around rug Windows filthy and covered in old bird poo Mould up the mesh curtains Rug was curling up - clear trip hazard Glasses dirty When around, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, they were often unavailable, leaving reception unattended with no contact number. The app suggested for communication did not work and they did not respond to messages on booking.com. Food was tasty, but very expensive for what you get and compared to local prices. Arrived room temperature, not hot. My other half and I were so very much looking forward to our romantic stay here, hoping to get full use of the bath and pool facilities.

the pool is infected, the water is not clean . this pool doesn’t have any filter to clean the water or maybe the filter need to be changed. the mattress is very bad . the worst nights in my life. the toilet is disgusting.

the villa was looked good inside.

A lot of mosquitoes, pool was very dirty. The toilet has some issues, causing very bad smell for hours at night.

relax place and very very very quiet . for people who would like to book it take your adapter and make sure you didn’t need for any of stuff after morning because they have morning work hours only
