Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, allerdings sehr koreanisch. Frische Früchte wären wünschenswert. Zimmer sind extrem sauber und alles war vorhanden, aber ziemlich klein.

Rock hard pillows and mattress, made sleep very difficult. Had to go to daiso and buy small pillows to help, pillows gave us both headaches.

The front desk staff is the worst I have ever come across in my life (I used to work as a receptionist and English is not my native language). They simply do not care about the customer. At all. I asked directions from the railway station: the answer was "take the subway"... OK thank you very much. Big smiles but the English level is beyond poor. They do not know the basic sentences to deal with a foreign customer. The only one who speaks decent English has no manners. I asked for an English map of the city and she opened cabinets everywhere to discover to have finished them... I mean: don't you restock your info material? I asked for room cleanings the next day and the lady confirmed it. No cleaning happened. I asked then to have at least my dirty towels removed from my room. I asked it with an online translator, talking to as I she were a little girl. After ten minutes of big smiley eyes and no freaking understanding Iwas getting nervous dealing with this smiley incompetent and I left the front desk out of frustration. I am happy I did not have any emergency.

Very comfortable bed with great Korean breakfast. Convenient location close to the beach, transport and restaurants.

Breakfast time is very busy and often it was hard to get a table. Generally there was a line up to the coffee machine. There were two machines but one would always be out of order.

Everyone at the same time check out at 10 a.m. The elevator is very busy. Almost waited for 20 min to get elevator. Toothpaste, tooth brush, coffee stick these common things were not given to room. These things are not included. If anyone needs it, he has to purchase.

Hot water with strong pressure clean bedding, and bidet in the bathroom also food was good.

Nice lobby. Breakfast was good with good Korean variety and the menu changed a little everyday. Room was very clean and beds comfortable.

Room was just a little small for large luggage as no space to even open it, but I just pushed it under my bed.

Staying at this Hotel made my stay fulfilled. The room was large enough for me with a 28" luggage size. Hotel facilities were provided and easy to get for your need each day. I will stay here for sure on my next visit to Busan.

The hotel may need to provide a tag sign to inform the housekeeper to know whether the room needs to be cleaned or not. The only problem I had was so difficulty communicating with the housekeeper, as she came to me and spoke in Korean, which I couldn't understand. I asked if she meant to clean the room then please do. And I even act sweeping the floor to her. She said yes. Then when I reach the room in the evening, towers and water were left in front of the room. I stay for 3 nights without cleaning and filling up the bath/toilet staff or cleaning rubbish cans.

The room was very cold, especially at night, there is a cold air flow coming from the window. We were given an extra blanket and a portable heater so it was okay after the first night though. The bathroom is very small and feels like it's from the 70s. Check-out is early (10am) and if you want room service you have to leave your room between 10am and 4pm. You could still cancel the room service in the morning though.
