Costruito nel 1927, il Palm Beach Hotel è un edificio storico registrato all'interno della città di Palm Beach e riflette i dettagli architettonici della sua epoca, molti dei quali sono stati preservati. The units in this old hotel vary greatly, depending on individual owners. We have stayed in several over the years, including even before it was turned into condos. These owners did a wonderful job on their renovations. They made the most of the space, and used quality materials. The kitchenette was one of the best. The unit was decorated in good taste, unlike some of the others.
Easy communication with the owner, Ronalda. Has a maintenance man to deal with any problems. The valet parking is a serious plus, and the location is ideal.
Will be happy to stay there again.

We loved this condo. It had everything we required and suited us perfectly for our stay. Can't beat its close proximity to restaurants, beach and Breakers. The property hosts were very helpful. Free car parking with Valet was greatly appreciated. Overall an excellent stay.

The place was exactly as described. Close proximity to many restaurants, the beach and a grocery store. No car needed. Owner responded quickly with suggestions and any issues. Would stay at this location again.

This unit was spotlessly clean with easy check in. Nice furnishings and beach/chairs and umbrellas were perfect. Valet parking was also a nice plus and the attendants were so nice!
Location was good with Publix and restaurants within walking distance. Beach is a 7 minute walk but then you have to continue on for public access. We found that driving was easier with beach items/coolers but keep in mind parking is paid everywhere.
Sadly the unit’s AC unit in the sitting area was not strong enough to cool the bedroom as there are only small vents in the separating wall. The sitting area cooled easily but the bedrooms ran much warmer. With the hotter temperatures this made the bedroom uncomfortable, especially at night.
One night during heavy rains we were up with a ceiling leak. The next night power went out at 3am so it was very hot and fan we purchased to keep us cool was obviously not working either so it was another long night. Power was out for ~7 hours.
The kitchen had a 2 drawer refrigerator which was ok for drinks but hard to use for food items. There was no freezer or ice maker. We purchased a cooler for ice (which you can get on the 2nd floor from machine).
Having a broom/swiffer would have been nice addition as we went to the beach daily and I would have swept up daily to help with the sand. This unit would be better suited for short stay in cooler months instead of a week in the summer.

I would have appreciated coffee in the apartment and perhaps a note or magazine on places to visit or things to do while visiting.
On the positive, the condo was well situated near a variety of places to dine or just have morning coffee. The apartment was clean and well situated for relaxing with a huge porch.

Villa Juliet was perfect for what we needed! Our hostess, Ronalda, stayed in contact with us the whole time and provided suggestions for where to go on our stay. It is very nicely appointed and very comfortable, and the check-in was smooth. The place is centrally located on the island so there are many places within walking distance (including the beach), or you can take open shuttles that run almost everywhere. Staff at the hotel is polite and helpful with suggestions. LOTS of restaurants and shopping nearby, with museums other historic sites. My wife and I stayed to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary and we really were very happy with everything. For couples, this residence truly is a gem to stay at.

Unit was immaculate. Location was great. If you go during peak season, plan to get to the pool early if you want a seat. Everyone is super friendly. Quick walk to everything…beach, restaurants and stores. Easy walk over the bridge to west palm.

What a wonderful time at the spot. It was very accessible to many sites within walking.( beach, town, retail, grocery and restaurants) The front desk staff are wonderful. The parking worked out very well. The public spaces available in the building helped with options for work from home. We loved the Condo and it was well appointed and a perfect fit! thank you !

My daughter and I LOVED the condo. Such a well stocked kitchen and cute condo. We enjoyed the beach, visiting with my West Palm daughter and boyfriend, surfing, and walks on the beach. The pool was also lovely!!!!

The property was fine. It could use some updating to be more welcoming. Absolutely no pictures/decor of any kind. There were multiple areas in our room with peeling paint. The bathroom sink didn't drain well at all.

This historic property and condo are very nice. The condo was comfortable and offered everything to have an exquisite time from sun rise to sun set. Beginning in the morning, we had a latte and pastry from the French Bakery next door, and then we had the choice of walking to the beach, shopping on Worth Avenue, renting bicycles, or exploring the Art Museums. In the evening, we swam at the pool, and walked to one of the many great restaurants.
