We had a terrific time at this house. It is in a great location and has all that a group like ours needed. We recommend it.

Our group of 9 stayed here in December 2023 and we loved everything it had to offer. Super modern home with very large bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with high quality mattresses, huge open kitchen with adjoining dining room featuring a very large table, a wonderful outdoor deck, cozy fireplace, high quality TVs and all the amenities you could ask for. A special bonus is the fully stocked coffee and tea bar, which is located in a charming little space off the kitchen. The house location is ideal, close proximity to walk to some great hiking trails and a fairly short walk to the downtown shops as well. In addition, the owner is responsive and helped us retrieve an item we left behind in the house. We plan to return to Sedona and would be sure to book this house again!

Four of my college friends, and I rented this house for five days during Labor Day. This house far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, meticulously, clean, and has all the comforts of home. We love to cook and enjoyed making several meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the coffee bar. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the porch, followed by a nice breakfast around the dining room table. We spent our days touring the beautiful Sedona area, we hiked, took a jeep ride, shopped, visited a spa and ate at some delicious restaurants. We were highly impressed by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff in each restaurant where we ate. It was nice to each have our own bedroom to resort to at the end of a long day. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were decorated beautifully. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area.

Very nice place, but the sun woke all of us up at 5 am. Need black out curtains in all bedrooms. I came home sleepy.

In addition to finding this property exactly as advertised, it was supremely equipped with secondary items. These ranged from a nice collection of vinyl records to a large amount of less often used but much appreciated kitchen items.

The property is very nice. Lots of sleeping space, parking, and living space. Only issue with the property was the cleaning required when we arrived. Some trash on the floor and outdoor furniture required cleaning before we could sit on them. Not a big deal, but just a little surprising.
We had a baby who was having a hard time adjusting and had times of lengthy crying. Her parents tried, but could not console her. One of the neighbors felt that it was ok to walk into the house and complain to us about the baby. Although I respect her concern, her feeling free to just walk in and start complaining about a baby crying was unusual at best. One last comment, we followed the directions on putting trash and recycle out on Wednesday morning, but it had not been picked up by the time we left. We weren’t sure how to deal with the trash and recycle. The cans were half full upon our arrival, so all cans are full.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the property. We would recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful! It had all the amenities promised! The beds were very comfortable. The back porch was used extensively by us, as the view to the woods was amazing. We had a couple of 'birdies' in our group and they always had their binoculars on hand while sitting on the back porch!
Everything we needed was there in the kitchen and laundry room. Anything we needed to fix our hair was provided. As well as plenty of towels.
It was easy to get to town, but still away from the traffic.
I would highly recommend this property!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to town. The creek in the back and the large deck added to the overall experience. Our extended family enjoyed everything about this lovely, spacious home and the kids had a great time with all the games. Perfect location to explore Sedona!

Our first time using VRBO. It exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and then some. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The furnishings and interior design were wonderful. The deck was large with access to Oak Creek. Overall it was a perfect stay!

This property is all that was advertised plus more! Nine of my family fit comfortably into this wonderful house, which was spacious and unbelievably stocked. Any item you could think of or want was present. The kitchen was indeed fully stocked - the owners have kitchen utensils that I lack in my house. The Keurig coffee bar was wonderful - we used it for hot chocolate. The basic condiments were all present as well as a spice rack. The bathrooms were fully stocked as well. The beds were quite comfortable. The towels were sumptuous and better than those I have at home. The game closet was an unexpected bonus. . The long dining room table fit all of us comfortably for meals and dominos. The propane grill came in handy for grilling the steaks. The back porch was awesome. We will most certainly return on our next trip to Sedona.

This home has great living space. Lots of room for group and/or individual activities. Outdoor space is lovely. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Master Bedroom is wonderful and all other bedrooms are very nice too. All the bathrooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. This is a great place for a family orfriends getaway.

Our family enjoyed Thanksgivings weekend. The property has everything we needed to prepare dinner and enjoy time together. The patio and living areas were great for our large extended family to all be together. We also enjoyed hikes and walks in the nearby caves and along the creek. Excellent home!

It was perfect for our party of 9. We had our adult children with us. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and space for all of us. The main living space was great for games, cards and hanging out. We enjoyed your cards and games also the tv worked great for Sunday football games. Location to sights, restaurants and hiking was easy.

This was a fantastic home that was centralized for my daughter’s wedding. All the rooms were big and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck area. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice property, we had our Salem, OR family of 10 staying with us for 4 nights. Key pad entry was a little challenging at first plus it was dark when we arrived. The exterior trash bins had not been put out for pick up and were full when we arrived. For the price paid, the owners need to make an arrangement for trash to be curbside when pick up scheduled.

Best part of our stay
The best part of the home is the ease between the kitchen - dining room table and access to the outside porch. The beauty of sitting on the back porch, listening to the river, and having relaxing meals and conversations outside.

College reunion - perfect!
The house was wonderful for our group of 8! It is very clean, organized and well laid out. Favorite spaces include the outdoor deck (fantastic!), large dining room table, kitchen and coffee pantry. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Two minor suggestions - add a few towel bars to the upstairs bathrooms and make sure blinds on bedroom windows operate smoothly.
Overall, a terrific property, very enjoyable and a 5-star rating!

It was the best supplied/equipped property we have experienced. We liked the large space for entertaining. The location worked well for us. Also the first home to have a high chair available. Not being tech inclined or have many apps, tv was a bit challenging! Loved Sedona and our visit!

Beautiful home. Responsive hosts. Wonderful location. Well appointed. The adults were very happy with the comfort of this home. The two small children were thrilled to have their own room with a fully stocked game closet. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay at the Creekside Getaway was perfect in every way from the amazing home itself, to the breath taking views. The small details to make everyone feel like they were coming home for the weekend was more than we could've ever imagined.
