Check in was easy! The house was ready for us do walk right in. Everything was clean! The kitchen is a basic kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and utensils.Great getaway for the family! We enjoyed fishing in the pond every day, all day. Then exploring Chautauqua & Erie beaches.

Booking and communication with property manager was easy and quick. We needed a place last min when my father in law passed away. The host knew we had a long drive from Ga to NY and made sure the lights outside were on and offered to let us stay a little past check out the day after his service. They were not expecting guests for another few weeks but made sure everything was perfect before our arrival. The yard is AMAZING! Perfect place to relax and give thanks. 10/10 would recommend and hope to be back

Booking was smoothe and the owner was easy to communicate with.
The property is beautiful, even better in person, and the cabin was clean and inviting. We are a family of 6 (2 adult children, 2 teens) and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had pots and pans for cooking (for those who want to cook), dishes and utensils we also supplied.
My family very much enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property, morning coffee on the deck, hiking in the woods, watching the fish in the pond, and nightly fires in the pit.
You have to bring your own towels and paper products.
The property has well water and the owner suggests bringing bottled water.
I would highly recommend staying here!
