Nice hot water, I was in the 6 bed female dorm which was a good distance from the bar so you could dip in and out whenever you wanted and it wasn’t noisy. Plenty of showers which were clean and had a little space to get changed in the cubicle (something I didn’t realise was a luxury until some of my other stays in the Americas)

I don’t particularly like the system of waiting to pay until the end I prefer to know exactly where I stand especially when paying in cash as Theres limits to what I can withdraw in foreign currency every month without charges.

Really good hostel, and clean for the amount of people being there. Location reslly good, a few blocks away from witches market. Has a tour agency inside, and 2 outside.

Wifi does not reaches all the rooms

Excellent and friendly staff. Nice bar with great food and drinks. Good location. Good social vibe although found it to be difficult at times as a solo traveler as there were a lot of groups together.

Private rooms leave a lot to be desired for the price. Toilets leaking on bottom floor and floors dirty. Very very cold rooms at night time. Hotels very close by with en-suite rooms at lower price.

It was a good location Room was clean and bed was comfy - especially pillows.

Booked a night early before arrival at 6am. Confirmed by whatsapp approx 8/9pm night before. Upon arrival, we had to wait while team was preoccupied with counting payments and asked to wait. Upon check in, team explained person staying in our room extended and it was being cleaned. Assigned a temp room. Later, team said the temp room was because of a gas smell. Different stories seemed unreliable. My guess is they got 2 x payments for the same room for 1 night Requested to stay where we were in the end. Zero mention on booking, or by hostel, all payment is cash. When tried to settle up, team were preoccupied with shift changes and asked to come back later. Staff aren't overly helpful at times; always preoccupied with something else. Disappointing given it's a good reputation.
