Villa Amore Accommodation

I don’t usually eat breakfast, but every morning we could smell the wonderful aroma of freshly baked pastries and coffee from the café next door. A perfect place for a holiday. The apartment is slightly tucked away, beneath an impressive volcanic rock, and we always managed to find a free parking space nearby. At the same time, everything is within a pleasant walking distance — the promenade, the natural pool, restaurants and cafés. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and, very importantly for us after our daily hiking trips, had its own washing machine. At night, we could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. We had a wonderful holiday here, and if I ever come back, I would definitely stay in the same place again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Paul do Mar and Elaine and the Staff were an absolute dream. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were very tasty. We had our flight back early in the morning, so Elaine kindly prepared for us a breakfast to go, which was amazing and to say it was generous is an understatement. The area is very sunny, quiet but with a number of very good restaurants, which makes it a great stop for anyone who plans to explore the island. Quick access to the lovely cafe and the convenience store is another great advantage.

Nothing we could fault.

Host was super helpful and a great person, thank you for having us. The accomodation was exceptional, everything was super clean and had a great scent. There is a huge comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony where you can watch the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay very much, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira. We loved it, and will for sure come back again to the same place. 10/10.

We loved this location. Just on the outskirts of a small town with some lovely restaurants. Away from the hustle and bustle of the capital but close enough by car. The accommodation is fantastic, so much space and a super comfortable bed. It was lovely having a balcony with a view over the sea and the cafe under sells fantastic coffee and cakes.

Not much. We felt that it could have done with some spoons but that's it
