La vue extraordinaire sur le port. La proximité des commerces et restaurants. La facilité pour garer sa voiture (fin octobre).
La douche et les wc "très efficaces". Les bons échanges téléphoniques avec le propriétaires.
Le lit à faire à notre arrivée. Les consignes affichées au verso de la porte du studio, par exemple laver les draps et serviettes avant le départ, c'est bien la première fois que l'on me demande de faire cela. En fin de compte, nous avons fait le lit et avec l'accord du propriétaire nous avons laissé les draps et serviettes utilisés au pied du lit avant notre départ. A noter que les 2 seules serviettes de toilettes présentes étaient de petite taille.

It certainly was a room with a view, right in the centre of town. My hosts were very thoughtful. I would happily return for a longer stay

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. lovely balcony, perfect size for 2 people. Apartment has everything that you need for a pleasant stay - comfortable bed, ample cooking facilities etc and close to a good range of restaurants and bars. Efficient communication with host, and really good value for money given the area. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if visiting the area again and would definitely recommend.
Noise in the morning’s didn’t bother us, but might be an issue for others. Air con not efficient enough to cool the room and the fan (which was helpfully provided) was noisy.

The location was great. The balcony overlooking the harbour was small but perfect.
The parking was tricky for a large vehicle but we managed it.

Magnificent view of harbour and docks
Sofa and chair both dangerous to sit on. Shower leaks, toilet flush fragile, fridge freezer compartment totally iced up .... 3+ flights of stairs

Host very friendly and helpful.
30 minutes walking distance to Collioure, market and bakery on the same street of the flat. Easy to take different sightseeing routes.

Arrangements to collect key worked perfectly & we were installed within minutes of arrival in Port Vendres. Apartment well-equipped with lovely view of the harbour, very central location with restaurants (Port de Venus esp good), boulangerie, other shops just a few doors away & free parking across the road. Not noisy however, at least when we were there in October. Owner when located pleasant & helpful & area good for sightseeing with Collioure in walking distance & Ceret, Perpignan & Spanish border easily accessible by car.
Some delay & inconvenience about exchange of payment. A more efficient system should be devised.
Apartment on 3rd floor, winding stairs and no lift. Didn't worry us, but warning for those with mobility issues.
