We phoned Vicky, the caretaker, when we arrived and she let us in to the property. Unfortunately the previous tenants had left late so they were still busy with cleaning. However, I commend Vicky in that she did not take short cuts but made sure everything was done properly. She was also very helpful and friendly and gave us good advice about finding our way around Windhoek. It was very comforting to know that the cars were safely locked either in a garage, or fenced yard.
There was nothing that we did not like.

TV remote not working at all
Place was not properly cleaned
On paying when I checked out the person could not provide me with a receipt
this person was also not very organized, I paid cash and she just left the cash on the desk whilst turning her back on me and the money to do something else
