Large asian buffet breakfast. Quiet and central neighbourhood. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms and hotel. free juice drinks for each person and each day of stay.
Luggage storage unattended. It is not the first time that I stay in this hotel, but I'm fed up with the automated AI-generated responses to customer reviews. It gives the impression our valuable time and effort in providing feedback is not taken seriously. For this reason I downgraded the hotel.

Great facilities, smoothies in the morning, possibility to taste local drinks in the evening, helpful staff, possibility to store bags before and after check in, good location close to the bus stop as well as to the ferry terminal

Didn't eat the breakfast because I thought it was included in the price and felt like I was being nickel and dimed.
The place is generally old and run down looking. They do try to keep it clean but there is only so much they can do without a remodel. If it was half the price I paid I would say it was a fair value. They could at least upgrade the crap beer served at happy hour. It matches the rest of the island, both are run down.If
