Great location and comfortable room. The room may be small but has enough space to spread out one large suitcase. Great that there is an elevator for getting that large suitcase up to 6th floor. Bed is comfortable and room is kept at good temperature with a/c unit. Very close to metro stop and many restaurants in the area.

The staff is the highlight as they were willing to help and accomodate any requests. Overall, location is great as it is in a quiet neighbourhood and very well located close to metro, buses etc. The room service was good every morning.
Our bathroom had the issue of small flies coming out from somewhere we still don’t know, which was quite unpleasant. I know this is something difficult to deal with but you would not expect it in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was average too, very basic and if we went later in the morning some things would be missing and staff would not proactively restock it.

Very comfortable nicely decorated room.Metro station 3 min walk.
