Alessandro made our stay welcoming and his flat is perfect. Great location and safe area. easy to walk anywhere. Fully stocked and very clean with a super comfortable bed. We would highly recommend it.

There was huge space and excellent clearness. The rooms are light and comfy. The location is great. We did not take any train or bus at all and just walked through the city. The buildng is quite safe ( there are lot of doors locked 😃).

Nothing at all

The size of the apartment is good for 3-4 people. Location is good, you can walk to the other side of the river which takes around 40minutes or can take a bus which stops right outside the apartment. Host Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful!

This didnt not disturb our trip but just for information: walls are thin and in the morning you may hear your neighbors. People are generally considerate i felt and in the night it was quiet and we also tried not to make much noise after 10pm. But bear in mind to take ear plugs with you if you are light sleeper.

Great price-quality value. Good working air conditioner. Boiler is big and works well - you always have hot water. Several good restaurants nearby and 24-hour working pharmacy across the road.

Frying pan is a bit old and can be renewed. Classic toaster would look good at the kitchen, not the sandwich maker. Additional pair of bed sheets for the sofa would be good as well)

The apartment was better than expected - very spacious, beautiful, clean and nice. The host was very helpful and considerate.

It is at a great location. Trams 3 and 8 stop outside the door and can take you to many sites or good ongoing connections. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed with everything you should need for your stay in Rome.

Everything was good. It was a large flat as shown in the picture. I have visited lot of flats even in Paris. This is by far the best one though self catering. The tram is available just in front of the appartment. The lift is like in old movies but is very interesting. The place is safe and nice. There is the food market at night next to the bridge Alessandro will present you the appartment and will give you a booklet on where you can go to eat food, buy tickets, sight seeing etc....and i think it was a very good thing from anyone renting an appartment to do. He also gave us a map, showed us the place to visit on the map and explained us which tram goes in front of the appartment (unlike the people from whom I rented an appartment in Paris : "Convention Porte de Versailles" where they are concerned with your money, they don't even bother give you a map, explain the appartment facility and leave you without fan during heat wave !!!). Alessandro on the other hand gave us a very nice appartment. Thanks bro ;) Payment can be made by card as well. And yes, the appartment is fully air conditioned which I think is a good thing especially after visiting Rome in hot summer. Overall super good place to stay. Will come back again :)

The only thing missing would be a dryer for drying cloth after washing them. The lift can be annoying as its an old one but for us it was a good experience. Would have been great if it was cleaned everyday but for a self serviced appartment you can't expect that. For apartments in booking.com unless mentioned, they are self catering.
