Excellent location, property was as listed, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and cosy.
The room with two single beds in it looked odd in the pictures, but it was a useful and practical place to stay.
Lots of towels! Plenty of bathroom products. Generous selection of coffees and teas. Lots of milk too.
Small sinks in the shower room and bathroom.
We found it hard to find a kitchen roll or napkins.

The property had everything we needed and it is lovely to have the courtyard to use as well.

"The location was good. Right in the centre of Rye. Just a short walk to the High Street and the local shops. We loved the house."
