We stayed for 4 nights for AAU volleyball nationals. Room was within walking distance to the convention center (15 minute walk to north) and only a few minutes to the pool. Room was nice and had cold AC which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was the perfect proximity to all the universal parks! It was also very spacious! If I were the property owners I would have a convo with whoever cleans the property, because that left quite a bit to be desired. We also tried to vacuum while we were there and it was so clogged with hair, that it wouldn’t pick anything up. And there were two hair dryers, 1 had what I’m assuming is a European plug and the other would turn on but not get hot. Otherwise, we felt the place was great for our family, and I appreciated the laundry and dish washer supplies.

When we arrived, we found the place to be very large and nice. However, we soon found that the wifi information sent did not work. We left a message for the host and received a response Saturday morning. My husband needed to use a hot spot to do the payroll Friday night and my daughter needed to do the same to approve time cards. That was disappointing. Also, we discovered that there were no sheets for the pull out bed in the study. Given that we had made reservations for 7 people, sheets are a necessary part of the reservation. There were 2 fitted twin sheets in the closet (we needed double sheets. We made out the best we could with the two too small sheets for the first night. This was also very disappointing.

The home itself was spacious and met our needs for our trip to Orlando, where I was traveling for a competitive cheer competition. With improvements I would recommend this property but not at this time. It was in a convenient location and had enough room for everyone. My overall experience was impacted by a few issues, surrounding communication and cleanliness. I reached out prior to request an early check-in—as my daughter had cheer practice the same time as check in. I was told to follow up the week of my stay, which I understood since availability depends on prior bookings. I reached out again that week and was asked to check back the Friday before arrival, then again on the morning of. Each time, I complied. Eventually, I was told I'd be notified because they were waiting to hear back from the cleaner. I wasn’t requesting a free accommodation—I was fully willing to pay the hourly rate for early check-in. I simply wanted clarity and better communication. No early check in occurred. Upon entering the property, the cleanliness was disappointing. The smallest bedroom had a urine smell. The oven had stains and the bathrooms had an odor, almost like they’d been cleaned with dirty water or rags, and both toilets were dirty. Additionally, the window in the master bedroom had black stains, likely from dampness or mildew.I messaged the property contact with my concerns, but I couldn’t help but think this is what I was waiting for.
