The host contacted us with all the details prior to our arrival and arranged for someone to meet us with the keys to explain the process and give access to the property. The area is centrally located and very close to Centrale, a good location if you plan to take trains to Como. The place is very nice, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were a group of four adults and two kids and the place was very comfortable.
Everything was really good. The stay was not cheap, maybe because of the dates we visited.

Location - perfectly located by central station with access to trains, metro, trams and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Host - exceptional communication and responded to my questions very quickly. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
Space - the space is perfect for a small family of 4.
Decor and overall state of the apartment - Whilst the apartment was clean, the apartment is looking a little tired. Examples of this can be seen mainly in the bathrooms where the shower area can most certainly do with an update.
Comfort of the bed - although it was passable it would not be comparable to a hotel bed of similar price.
Lack of bedside lights in the bedrooms.

Apartamento limpio y cómodo. Cocina bien equipada. Buen trato y comunicación con el anfitrión. Ubicado en una zona de oficinas, muy tranquila.
Ubicación. Se precisa transporte para ir al centro.

The location was the best feature of the property. Very easy walk to the main Milan train station. Also nice was having a 3 bedroom apt with separate AC units in each room.
The furniture was functional, but in no way comfortable or nice. The couch was terrible and had a thin blanket covering it to extend its life. The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable, the bathrooms were tiny, barely enough room to shower.
