Beautiful view from the balcony!

Unfortunaly in the bath were lot of black hair…

The apartment was confortable. It had a lot of utensils at the kitchen. It looked clean.

One of the towels left in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Also, there was no wifi in the apartment. There was only wifi at the pool and even at the pool was weak.

The location was not bad. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach with some shop nearby.

It was hard work getting the owner to give information on the apartment location and how to get the keys. In the apartment there was no hot water. We had to shower in cold water. There was a safe in the apartment but no key for it. There were padlocks on the wardrobe but again no keys. There were holes in the bath which had been patched up with filler. There were a limited number of TV channels and none in English. There was cellotape along the bottom of the bathroom door.

I had to wait outside until someone left the building so I could gain access so not a good start, the apartment was extreme dated, dark and poky hardly any cooking equipment and what was there was dirty the bedroom was very small the bed linen was very threadbare, sofa very uncomfortable and only stools on the balcony the whole place felt depressing I only stayed one night because someone who had a key tried to get in at 5am luckily id left my key in the door as a solo traveler I felt extremely unsafe so I got I touch with the owner who didn’t care I left the property and stayed somewhere else, no refund was offered despite the apartment being put back on booking.com that day, I was extremely disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here

location was great, right next to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. washing machine a bonus too, everything you need for an apt. a short 5 to 10 minute walk to all the beaches.

The apartment size was more than adequate, nice view of the pool. Also pleased to see the apartment was equipped with a good size fridge, and a washing machine. Anna was very helpful.

Initially entering the main entrance, you either have to wait for someone to enter or leave, or you ask the bar owner who runs the bar next to the main entrance to let you in. Once in the complex, you can access both the apartment key, and complex access key from the key box which is located at the entrance to which ever apartment you rent.

It was in a convenient position and had a nice pool and gardens.

The apartment itself was a little disappointing as although it was well equipped in the kitchen the lounge area had no comfortable seating. There was a bed settee which didn’t allow your feet to touch the floor when you sat down on it and the only other swivel chair was also uncomfortable. There were some dining chairs but they felt hard after a while. The balcony only had hard stools and also there was no sun on it at any time of the day. The bedroom was very small but the bed was comfortable.

After a very disappointing and stressful start to our holiday, due to double booking. The owner of this property couldn’t do enough to help us. Thank you again Inna for all your help and care we really appreciated all your help and had a wonderful stay. Thanks again x

Super host. Everything was as we agreed. Absolutely flexible, we communicated via whatsapp and he responded to everything immediately. The apartment is absolutely ideal for 2 people, everything is 5-10 minutes walk. Bus stop and also Siam Park and Mall. Opposite the aprtman is a large swimming pool with sun loungers which can be used from 9am to 8pm. The apartment is clean, ideal for cooking all meals in the kitchen. And the large terrace gives even more comfort. And the washing machine is an added bonus, so you don't have to travel home with dirty clothes.

We loved the location. The welcome from staff and communication was excellent. We would not say we would not stay again but apartment needs modernising and some attention to the shower and bedding. It was also nice and quiet.

Could have been cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows and quilt poor quality. Smell of cannabis on entering the building and we smelt it several times in our apartment coming through the bathroom vent and walls in the living room and bedroom. To much clutter in apartment needs modernising. Shower and shower tray needs attention.

Excellent Appartment in a central location. 2 minute walk from the Beach and Strip, private and quiet. 2 minute walk from supermarket and bus stop for Siam Mall and Siam Park Freebus. Excellent little cafe bar outside. Washing machine in bathroom microwave, hob and kettle in kitchen. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board provided.

Couldn't really fault it.
