Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend gestaltet mit hochwertigen Interieur. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr modern mit ebenerdiger Dusche.
Der Checkin war unkompliziert und die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat alle unsere Sonderwünsche möglich gemacht.
Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist etwas unschön gestaltet, da man etwas verloren im Restaurant steht. Das Frühstück war aufgrund der Hygienebestimmungen kein Buffet, was aber kein Problem war, da alles an den Platz gebracht wurde. Leider war das Frühstück für den ausgerufenen Zimmerpreis sehr einfach gehalten.

Room was spacious and clean. Fast check-in and check-out.
My room was located street side. It was very noisy throughout the night.

Large spacious family room. Very clean and well maintained. Nice unexpected touches such as free bottled water replenished daily, slippers etc. Staff very friendly and attentive at breakfast. 10min walk to train station for Frankfurt, and literally across the road from the beautiful Alt Stadt. Easy drive from Frankfurt airport, likely much less stressful than driving to a hotel in the city. Car parking located directly behind.

Overall property is good, nice italian restaurant on the ground /lobby level where we had the best Spaghetti Pomodoro made by a Punjabi chef from from Jalandhar. Simply awesome!!

Lovely hotel with very clean room it was terrific staff were so helfull and we enjoyed our stay highly recommend this hotel
It was hard to find the hotel as we came by train we decided to walk to it but a passerby came to our aid and brought us to the hotel as we are irish and speak english there english was not great but their generousty made up for that

Hotel is located in a great location, absolutely wonderful and clean on the inside. Staff extremely polite and helpful going out of their way to make your stay as best as possible. Large size of rooms and huge bathroom.

Everybody was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was really exceptional. The hotel has a real restaurant and it looked and smelled very good.

Family room was spacious and comfortable, only slight issue we had was the fact that it was very warm in the room and the two mobile air-con units didn't work properly.
Good choice of breakfast, it was a nice touch that we had the option to have scrambled eggs too.
We were slightly late for check-in due to delays on the motorway but the staff kindly waited up for us to give us the keys.

Beautiful, elegant interior and exceptionally clean; three minute walk to the historic old town; lovely restaurant with great service. Also a city parking garage right down the street from hotel provided easy and inexpensive parking!

beautiful property, exceptionally clean, very attentive staff, lovely restaurant onsite and literally less than a five minute walk to the historic city center. Also public parking garage on the same street and it costed only €5 per day to park.

Nice room, 'smokers balcony'
Breakfast served at your table instead of a buffet, which means having to order coffee instead of just getting it yourself (and therefore waiting for your turn....), getting two pieces of bread that you like and some you don't.
