The hotel didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all. The pick up and transfer to and from the hotel was super easy

The airport transfers could have been a little more frequent

- very luxurious huge rooms, huge windows overlooking views near airport. Room has everything you need, telephone, and immaculate cleanliness. - Ideal for airport only 5 min drive to airport - very safe and secure hotel. Can get Ubers here or use hotel transfer. - the staff are very helpful and friendly - the food honestly was the best we had in Kenya! The dinner buffet was so diverse and had so many local dishes to try, as well as international foods, the flavours and chef were incredible. - souvenir shops inside hotel

The location, very clean, very friendly personnel EXCEPT THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION

We arrived at the hotel from a safari trip. We needed to stay 1 nigh in Nairobi as of our flight was in the early morning, the day after AND we didnt have a lot of time during the safari to do our online booking we saw on the crown plaza website there was plenty of standard rooms for around 200dollar per night. Thats why we decided to do the booking directly at arrival at the hotel. As we had arrived, the lady at the reception, insisted that those rooms were not available anymore, she tried to offer us a deluxe room for 300 dollars a night. We asked for 10 minutes and booked online in stead. The lady at rhe reception was still taking a lot of time to explain us that it must have been because of cancellations that she couldnt find in her system. All we wanted was a a quick check in, take some sleep, and be ready for our flight a day after. The lady was really the reason of a detractor for this review. So nice, comfy and clean as hotel is, it would have all the right to have a 9 or a 10 in stead of a 6. All the other personnel by the way were very very very friendly except of the lady at the reception that helped us.
