I liked nothing
The AC was not working and they sent us to another property of theirs in the middle of the night. They said refund is not possible. The new property mattress was very bad and the pillows were stinnking.

Spacious rooms, Big balcony, hassle free check in process by the attendants.
One of the wall from the room got water leakage and it was near to the bed. It might have grown some fungus also.

Some understanding is needed towards woman.
Reception was very rude with my wife who checked out a little late as she was not feeling welll. They keep asking for money for little late check out by my wife who was not well. Little understanding is required towards woman.Money was not everything. We were three people we paid for third person but only one towel in the room and only two glasses they take extra person money but no towels in the room

We will made to wait as someone had parked their car behind us… staff had no clue who’s car it was… also the service needs to improve… room service isn’t quick

They had nice staff which were friendly and nothing was distrubing at that place!
The room we booked was king size bed what they gave us was too different beds joined together which was really not comfortable

DID not take breakfast.. Room was good only better upkeep is required..
Please ensure pest control as we saw cockroaches roaming around in bathroom and bedroom.

Location and size of apartments are very good. Gallary are extra large
Service are worst, AC cooling is poor even at 16 degree, in bed are fitted in such a way that AC and Fan air flow doesn't reach you .
Dish tv was not recharged and after requesting it tooks 2 days to recharge.
Fittings of toiletries is broken.
Manager is only able to take your request up. He is not enough authorised
