Our stay at Terrace on the Beach was nothing short of wonderful. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Waking up to sea views, enjoying coffee on the terrace, and having our own private pool made the week feel incredibly special. he home has everything you could possibly need — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and thoughtful touches like a washing machine, outdoor dining area. It truly felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The location is peaceful and scenic, ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Telde and the surrounding coastline. We especially appreciated how clean and well‑kept the property was on arrival.
A special mention to Isabel, who was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Her communication was excellent, and she made check‑in and check‑out effortless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and her home.
We had a fantastic holiday here and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a beautiful setting by the sea.

Vue sur la mer incroyable . Maison luxueuse et très propre
Salle de bain dans chaque chambre
Propriétaire réactive via messagerie booking
Pas de parking mais nous trouvions des places à moins de 3-4 minutes de marche
Emplacement assez pratique pour rayonner sur l île entre las palmas et Maspalomas
-La propriétaire vit sur les lieux ce qui est un peu perturbant quand on loue un logement entier à ce prix là ( un peu moins de 6000€ la semaine ) on ne s attend pas à ce qu elle soit sur place . Cependant elle a été discrète et nous ne l avons pas vue du séjour
-Le wifi est instable malgré le redémarrage de la box
-Des blattes dans les salles de bain mais plus liés au contexte géographique
-véhicule indispensable quartier purement résidentiel
- pas de climatisation du coup un peu étouffant car nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les portes fenêtres en raison d enfants en bas âge ( pas de garde corps ) les chambres du rez de chaussée très chaudes aussi en octobre
- piscine non protégée pour les enfants pas de barrière ou d alarme normes différentes de la France
