I had an exceptional stay at Ulivi and would highly recommend. Massimo at the front desk was very kind and helped with all my needs. Next time I come back to Arenzano I will definitely book here. Ci vediamo.

Location just amazing. Room and bathroom super spacious. Bathroom very beautiful All clean. Breakfast proposes fresh fruits, homemade pastry and cheese/ham/eggs with focaccia. Downstairs there is a loud bar but it closes at 23:00 and you can perfectly sleep.

Air conditioning was super loud

Comfortable double bed, working air conditioning, extremely clean bathroom. Very convenient to reach the beach, restaurants and other services of Arenzano. The staff waited for us beyond the expected arrival time.

A small hotel in the historic center, with understandable limitations of space and infrastructure. The absence of own parking and parking difficulties in the surrounding area can create difficulties. In the triple room, the sofa bed that serves as a third bed has a really thin mattress and overall makes the room really tight.

beds are super hard - our backs feel it now… some covid measures are still in place - time to move on from this already… you can hear someone is peeing in the next door room - but that’s cos building is old - not a big deal. sofa bed for a child is right beside AC - so to have AC at all times is not possible (only if you use sofa bed; no issues if only two people are in the room). shower changes temperature hot and cold and no hose just a stick from the wall. room is small but we didn’t care as we spent little time in it though for someone this might be a dealbreaker.
