Proximity to the water, self contained, clean & comfortable
Shutters were broken so room was dark & had to use lights during the day and couldn’t see the lovely view. Noise factor no insulation for noise so sleeping in ended up virtually impossible because of the noise of morning cleaning etc etc. The adjacent room guests kept knocking on the locked door when I had the TV on which was annoying & frustrating.
