The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk away from the beach,which is very quiet without overcrowded vendors. The host Holley was always available for any questions and is an excellent host,The condo has a very good layout with all the amenities you need,the rooftop pool is amazing for the view 40 floors up.....hopefully we'll be back next year if available in January
It's hard to find any faults as I enjoyed my month here

Good location, great views of Pattaya bay and Koh Lan island. Lovely breeze from the sea kept the balcony cool (which included a good clothes drying rack suspended from balcony ceiling). With the patio doors open the breeze often helped cool the Condo. Enjoyed using the gym and roof top pool.

Excellent condo, in a quiet area on the beach. Resturants, 7/11, laundrymat and motobike taxi close by.
A great Infinity pool up top. Not everything was working in the common areas when I was there but you could see that they were working on it and replacing stuff all the time.

Great view and very nice spacious apartment.
Very nice balcony with great ventilation and protection from the sun.
5 minute walk to the beach.
Supermarkets within walking distance
Quiet and comfortable.
Bed comfort 9/10
