Intracoastal Waterfront House on Private island surrounded by National Parks
Longvue è un cottage della St Augustine Old-Florida situato su un'isola privata storica situata sull'Intracoastal Waterway (36).
La casa fronteggia 330 'di facciata sul fiume North circondato da Guana / Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (73.000 ettari) e Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 acri). L'isola di 10 acri è circondata da fiumi, paludi e stagni con acqua fresca. Barca / Kayak per la riserva nazionale e percorrere i sentieri per S. Ponte Vedra Beach. La casa è un aperto e luminoso 2.600 sf stucco / casetta in blocchi di cemento con soffitti a volta con travi a vista e porte francesi che conducono alla terrazza in mattoni avvolgente. Proprietà ha baldacchino pieno di querce da pascolo costiere e un sacco di cortile aperto per rilassarsi e godersi l'incontaminata riserva acquatica e costiera. La master suite è al piano di sotto con portico e tre camere da letto al piano superiore (uno un balcone soppalcato). Camera familiare / TV separata e giardino d'inverno. Abbiamo appena installato un nuovo sistema HVAC di fascia alta con unità di condensazione a velocità variabile e deumidificazione, nonché nuove pompe acqua di pozzo / irrigazione e nuovo serbatoio settico / campo di scarico per ridurre al minimo eventuali problemi durante il soggiorno. C'è una nuova drogheria Publix a circa 1 miglio a nord di Stokes Landing road su US1.

Amazing property! Very inviting and unique home with gorgeous views of the marsh and live oaks. My family of 4 and 2 dogs had more than enough room and sitting areas in the home. The property was very clean overall and is well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, relaxed, and off the beaten path yet still being close enough to everything! The home is within 15-20 minutes of several different beaches, restaurants, grocery store, and downtown St Augustine. We also enjoyed being able to bring our dogs on the trip and having them at the house waiting for us to get back from our daily adventures! We had absolutely no issues or problems with the property and would definitely visit again! The owner was very communicative and welcoming. Thank you for letting us visit your home for our family vacation! We made a ton of great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Saint Augustine. The outdoor area is definitely a highlight — very well done, relaxing, and a great space to spend time, whether in the morning or in the evening. It truly adds so much to the experience.The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, making our stay easy and enjoyable.The owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He was always willing to help and made sure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

What an amazing property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful views. Minutes from grocery and restaurants. Short drive to St Augustine. Great fishing off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cover photo of the property is clearly an older one Since it was taken there is a new build within a a few feet of the north side of the house. A massive marble deck was installed when we rented and the loud, jarring noise of tile
. cutting saws started at 8:30 am until 6:pm Next the chain saws for another 3 days of tree removal then the owner would get the leaf blower out just as we started to grill outdoors. It was disturbing and truly ruined the tranquil beauty of the conservation area. Inside the home was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. A shower head had to be replaced in the master bath. Outside the big green egg grill was broken had to be repaired. Trash had to be cleaned up from what had clearly been a big bon fire party with previous tenants. a
