The location was very perfect and the staff was very nice and value for money

Nothing
The room was not ready/ prepared despite booking and confirmation received earlier. A lot of time was wasted in waiting for cleanship of room and change of basic bedsheets/ linen etc. No proper arrangements were available for food/ meals. The behaviour and attitude of staff was also below expectation.
