This property was the best I’ve ever stayed in. Spacious clean and great facilities in the best location in Bari. Short walk to the port area and to the old town. Shops patisserie and restaurants all close by. The French windows into small balcony gave apt such a great feel of character.

Basic kitchen equipment but too hot to cook and so much choice of inexpensive food around it didn’t matter.

Pros: - The location was close to the shopping area and the train station. - It’s a large apartment with a nice bathroom. - Communication with the agent and owner were responsive when I had a problem with the heater having been left on. - The place was very clean and there is an elevator part way up to the unit.

Cons: - Construction upstairs and on the corner makes the place super noisy. The noise starts right at 7am with the construction lift positioned right in front of the balcony. The owner should make people aware since it’s not ideal for sleeping or enjoying your stay. Some people don’t mind, but it would be helpful to know in advance. - No AC in the bedroom, just the living room so it’s uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Plus, the windows can’t be left open since construction starts early in both the front and back of building. There is also no window in the bedroom. - The bed is very hard and the mattress pad makes noise when you move around. And the couches are old and lumpy (not pictured)
