Compact, very clean and stylish with everything we needed for a self-catering stay. Even a few coffee capsules to get us started!

The Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for short stay.
Location is ok. Quiet neighborhood, but if you want to get quickly to the city center it is better to take a bus instead of walking (approx. 30 min).
There are many wonderful landscapes in Bordeaux, but to be fair there is no spectacular view from the balcony in the apartment.

Lovely beautiful little apartment nice and clean perfect for what we wanted 3 adults Owner is a gentleman and will help in whatever way he can. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay here and can't recommend enough

The property is modern and looked recently renovated, and there is a charming outdoor enclosed terrace with a tables and chairs which made a lovely spot to sit outside with coffee or a drink. As we weren't flying out of Bordeaux until late afternoon the host allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for the day.
It's a bit of a hike into the main town but there are buses and trams nearby.

The apartment was clean, the host replied quickly to messages about the arrival or departure time. The location quite convenient as the bus no 1 stops nearby and you could go with it either to the city center or the airport. As it was a city trip with friends, we did not spend much time in the apartment.

The location was excellent. Lu? was an exceptional host and fixed any problem we had promptly. Facilities in the unit were good after he showed us how to work the coffee machine and the TV.
The upstairs attic. I realise the hosts informed us of the 160cm height but we were not prepared. My fault I should have checked. Would be perfect for two adults and two kids but not for 4, 70plus adults.
