Very good location close to all the sights and some more local restaurants. Perfectly cleaned.

Limited crockery in the kitchen and a couple or f areas showing wear and tear. Needs a spruce up and it’ll be perfect

A very nice modern appartment near city centre. Near Livario Lello etc.

Some construction work for a new metro line going on in front of the building. Was not that disturbing though.

Ubicación, limpieza y comodidad.

The location of the studio apartment was fantastic. So close to everything that we wanted to go to and easy to get to on foot. It was an easy enough check in TV was nice for rhe evenings

The towels had stains Very concerning structural cracks on the walls. It needs to be looked after Bed was extremely firm. I am a heavy sleeper and usually sleep quite well on most surfaces but i didnt have a good nights sleep in the apartment at all. Construction going on outside. Woke us up on the first night. Couldnt hear it when we kept the windows closed but it was hot in the apartment Wardrobe is hard to pull out Tap is falling off the sink in the bathroom, shower has small leak, lightbulb on leftside table is way too bright to use without a lampshade, sockets falling out of wall, coffee machine leaking.
