Great location.

For the price and the description/photos ("studio"), we certainly expected much more. It's not really a studio, but a bedroom with a sink, an old frigobar, and an old microwave oven. There are no cooking facilities, no TV, and the WiFi was not good. The bedroom really could use some renovation; later on, we also stayed in another (real) studio that is in the same building, but from another company, and we saw the difference. The check-in was a bit annoying, a lot of messages (even by WhatsApp!) to know at what time exactly we would arrive since there is no 24h reception and the person that would receive us stays only up to 3 pm (although on the website the check-in time indicated is from 3 pm...). And it's quite confusing: there is a reception open all day in the same building, but it belongs actually to the other company. So the experience felt more like Airbnb, and not the best one.

amazing location, 3-4 min walk from the harbour and surrounded by great restaurants and tapas bar. quite little beach in front of the studios to relax. room style and decor really cute, gorgeous balcony with an amazing view. super helpful and friendly staff

Loved it! Location was great, could walk from the ferry which was a huge bonus. Staff were lovely. Restaurant next door was great.

Not a loft room as advertised, on the 1st floor

Great terrace for watching the sunset.

Really nice reception at the front desk once you find it. It’s somewhat tucked away and very sign posted. There is a huge bank of air conditioning units next to the terrace which take the edge off the enjoyment of the brilliant sunset views. The room is adequate, but I felt it was expensive for what it was. It has the most basic of cooking utensils and pans. If it wasn’t for the large terrace and view I would have left immediately. We had only booked for three nights, any longer would have been very uncomfortable.

The bed was super comfortable, the view from the room (I had the seaview loft) was amazing with the sunset and the hostess at the reception was very friendly and spoke proper English too.

Adriana was amazing. So helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions really quickly. She also gave excellent recommendations. The studio was lovely, very clean and comfortable, and in an excellent location.

Decoration was beautiful

It needs to be completely refurbished. It seems like it was nicely decorated some years ago and now needs heavy investment. The electricity went off a couple of times when connecting the hair dryer. It was noisy too

This is the first time in 10 years that i leave a bad comment on a travel accomodation We couldnt sleep for 2 days straight because the AC was leaking drops that never stopped, in the end i had no AC (extremely hot) + drops noise unbearable, they didnt want to do a simple commercial gesture except "a drink". They told me "i let it ON for too long, which was wrong, or that i didnt use it correctly (???). -Towels were not changed until the 2nd day -The global aspect of the appartment is quite old with some moisture on the ceilings especially in the bathroom, not a big deal but at 350€ a night it can be -We never had a refill on the shower/body gel -There is 1 stair to climb without elevator, not a big deal but if you have a family with a stroller and a ton of luggages you might want to reconsider To conclude its better to pay more for a classic hotel with proper service and accomodation.
