Świetny kontakt z personelem. Wszystko było idealne. Wygodne łóżko i klimatyzacja. Okolica bardzo przyjazna. Na pewno wrócimy jak tylko będziemy w okolicy 🙂 Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Barbara was delightful and so helpful! She advised us about the best place to have dinner and then made reservations for us. Her husband helped with the bags up and down the stairs, too. Barbara arranged for a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport and she and her husband were there in the mornin to see us off. Both speak excellent English so there was no communications problem and both were kind and helpful, friendly folks. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel
Staff very kind and honest
Located close to restaurants, markets and not far from Firenze
There was a full kitchen available
Rooms
Very quiet
Quite large as well as the bathroom
Hotel
There was a staircase that could bring some difficult if you had heavy bags
Even though there was a place to park the car near the B&B, it was necessary to leave it some blocks away at night due some local rules
Rooms
The blackouts could be better
One of them didn't have air-conditioning. There were two fans that, used together, could cool the bedroom
