Love the location! Walking distance to all interesting place. The ambience is safe & lots of eateries nearby. The lobby area spacious ample space for breakfast. Room was clean & all function.

Die Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Personal war sehr nett. Die Beschwerde von uns, wurde aufmerksam aufgenommen und umgesetzt.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Haare im Bett und im Waschbecken ist nicht hinzunehmen.
Unsere Beschwerde wurde am nächsten Morgen, da wir sehr spät eingecheckt haben, professionell angenommen und umgesetzt worden. Zimmer wurde sehr gut sauber gemacht, aber es wäre schöner gewesen ein sauberes Zimmer vorzufinden.

Great location near kozahan, bursa bazaar, tophone . The staff very honest went i left behind my handphone their contact me to pickup.

The hotel is in a strategic location. You can simply walk to the Kozahan, Bursa Ulu Cami, and the neighborhood. The hotel has a designated parking area where you need to pay for 100TRY. Just simply tell them that you need to park your car, and they will bring you to the exact autopark. Dont park at the autopark behind the hotel. The road is small and hilly in this area. All the best! The hotel also has elevator. Bonus! we got free upgrade for our room. Thank you!
The room is quite dark. However, since we only stay one night, it is not a problem for us. Be careful with the bathroom floor, which can be quite slippery when it's wet.

the floor is wood, so no sound proof from the room.. for me with little kids might make some noise & the sound is heard from outside. not so convenient.

Location. We had 2 twin and 1 king size very comfy beds for 3 of us. Spacious room with a refrigerator also with 2 large closets. Bathroom had very nice hot hot shower. Some of the hotels we stayed lacked lots of things but this one had everything even water boiler with some tea bags and instant coffees. The front desk guys helped us with our luggage and I thought that was very nice.
No parking but there are 2 paid parking very close to the hotel. Breakfast is more like for locals not really for foreigners.

Decent hotel and what we liked about the hotel was the location.
The aircondition in the rooms with two double beds were not functioning enough and it was cooler to have the windows open. They didn't have an elevator on this side of the hotel aswell. However, they changed our room to the other side of the hotel with an elevator and functioning aircondition.

Nice and clean everything was working conditions. Good location taxi stand outside the premises.Offering free bottle of water everyday.
Family room was not a family room it was to small and hardly any storage.During breakfast we asked for omelette they have to charge us 100 lira.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Received no cleaning service unless we asked the reception. And the rooms were never properly cleaned when they cleaned. Stopped having breakfast at the hotel after the first week due to dirty dishes and mugs. The room was significantly smaller than the pictures. No space to walk.

the staff were awsome and helpful (especially at the reception and the kitchen). the room has 3 confortable, clean and nice beds. the toilet was clean too. there is a close by parking with 50 LT for 2 nights. the location is good who like to be close to the beautiful mosque and the market. you can get fresh vegtables and fruits in the opposite shop. also, the staff at the reception tried to contact the technical to fix the toilet seat for us but there was no time. Thank you for your efforts and kindness.
the hotel and the rooms/toilet were clean, but the floor under the beds were dusty. If you have kids be careful when you exit the hotel , because some drivers drive too fast in these narrow streets around the hotel,.

Be sides the location you should not stay at this hotel.
The reason is mainly hygienic. The building is very old and not well maintained, loud noises constantly. The bed had just a matrass with a sheet on it, thats it. We booked a room with breakfast included, but it was just terrible. Everything was gone and the refill took forever.
