Sapa Village Hotel Sky Lounge & Spa

Nice place. Nice view- unfortunately it was raining most of the time. Staff was very nice . Breakfast was good ! Changed every day a little.

The taxi from the train station was a little bit overpriced, at the station they asked for less. The staff in the breakfast room did not understand English well. But there was google translate.

Nice little hotel of a clever design on different levels, with a lovely pool at the top for nice views. Ice staff and decent breakfast

Location was handy, though not at centre.

I loved the pool at the top of the hotel, was so refreshing and cool. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was good and we were able to walk to most places quite easily. There was a lovely view from the pool and the room. The breakfast spread was amazing. I can't believe someone has to get up super early to put out such a spread! Well done to the people who do this!

I had an unfortunate incident or two with roaches... firstly upon pouring a cup of coffee at breakfast, a little roach was floating on top which I'm glad I saw before the time, although it was my second cup from the same flask! Then, I'm not sure if it was the parent of this roach but that night a super huge roach crawled up my leg in my room which resulted in some severe screeching and jumping up and down on my behalf. The dude then disappeared behind the fridge and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep so called reception for spray. However, the two people came, minus any spray and tried to hunt the thing down. Eventually, the lady reception managed to track and dispose of it, amongst a lot of squealing and laughs at the end! I wouldn't let this deter though because these things happen. Also, there was a hole in the ceiling of the shower and by the light in the bathroom so they should look at that! None of these were dealbreakers for the lovely room, view, location, friendliness and price.

Posizione ottimale e piscina a sfioro con vista sulla città. Ottima e abbondante la colazione a buffet, dolce e salata. Veloce il servizio di lavanderia.

Abbiamo prenotato due stanze. Una di queste al 5° piano era accogliente e ben organizzata con ampio terrazzo con vista sulla città, mentre l'altra al 1° piano era più ampia ma molto umida con muffa sulle pareti e soffitto e prese elettriche scoperte e di fronte all'ingresso dell'area ristorante, quindi rumorosa e poco riservata. Dopo varie lamentele ci è stata data un'altra stanza al 5° piano, con vista sulla città e ampio terrazzo ma anche questa con problemi di umidità sul soffitto e odore sgradevole .
