Location,extreme clean,and super affordable with all facilities. The apartment owner helped us whenever asked for and finally arranged transportation to the airport at midnight.

I won't say I don't like that but apartment was in 4th floor and there is no elevator available. But if you are energetic and full of joy then these things don't matter.

The house is located in the center of the Baku city. To get to the old town you just need to cross the road, many useful services are located just in this building.

It is not a dislike, but you should take to account that there is no elevator in the building.

The apartment is so comfortable, very spacious and with a bath, washing machine, kitchen stuff, extra heater etc. Balcony was lovely, looking out over the Caspian Sea. Bed very big and firm.

The check in process was frustrating. We eventually went into the coffee shop downstairs and someone came to meet us. This communication could have been better to save us walking around in the rain.

Location of property was ideal. It's in the center of the city, near to Old Baku and all major places to watch are in reachable distance. The property was well equipped with all the required stuff.

It was on the 5th floor and you have to use the staircase only, no lift in the building.
