Really lovely apartment , nice decorated living room , comfortable sleeping room and quiet in the evening. Location is perfect, easy to get anywhere. You can contact them everyday if you have question, very helpful and friendly people . Also in their guest hub, you’re warmly welcomed.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Minor item handled immediately. Coffee pods provided, wine opener, kitchen shears and heated towel rack were all extras and very useful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Just FSA: shower would be difficult for extremely tall person or with a large frame. We managed just fine, no complaints.

Emasculate, Very clean, high end, view to cathedral, 2 bathrooms and washing machine. Staff were quick and responsive to queries.

Taking bags up one flight stairs but totally understand had too.

Spacious and clean apartment in good location - ideal for short stays where you’re only after a bed. While baggage storage is offsite it was welcome and positive. Washing machine was good but worth noting was not in apartment, some apartments appear to have it inside based on photos.

I booked the apartment after seeing the high reviews and pictures as I wanted a space I can meaningfully use after a long trip. However the apartment has a facade of being great which quickly wears off once you’re in. Some very disappointing aspects including toilet that was not functional leaving us to use public bathrooms. Host manages about 100 apartments and they were not warm or helpful. They appear to have little grasp as to the individual apartments. Amenities are very limited. Kitchen with limited utensils and deficient and broken knife, oven with no oven tray and oven mitts, no tea towels, dish washer with no washing tablets, kettle with dirty water on check in, hanging racks and ample wardrobe space with barely any useful coat hangers.
