Would re-think of moving the electric
Kettle plug away from under the TV. It Kept falling down behind the unit when left of to fill up.
Loved the Real Mike in fridge.
Daughter was annoyed didn't have a hairdryer in our room. Had to go out with yet hair.

Really comfortable stay. Enjoyed it very much. Appreciated the bottles of water, tea, and biscuits. The room was spacious and easy to check in.

So clean and comfortable. It is clear that the owners take pride in providing the best customer service. If we ever come back to Basingstoke, we will definitely book this place again. Thank you for hosting us.

The bed was comfortable. The fridge and tea and coffee facilities were good. The staff were able to accommodate my request for a room with a desk.
I stayed for 6 nights and the tiny toiletries were not replaced. The bigger issue was that the room was near the bins and they were overflowing with rubbish bags all around. Some of them were broken and the smell was not pleasant. This lasted for the extent of my stay.
